Brigitte Nielsen from “Rocky IV” was 54 when she welcomed her fifth child and revealed it only took her two weeks to drop the baby weight. Since then, the model-turned-actress has shown no signs of slowing down and shared she can still perform some of her legendary fight scenes.
At nearly sixty years old, Nielsen took to Instagram to show she’s kept her incredible physique since busting onto the Hollywood acting scene in the 1980s.
In an Instagram post that received over four thousand likes at the time of writing, the mother of five had all her curves on display as she posed in a black, long-sleeved shirt, figure-hugging grey leggings, and knee-high boots.
“The only way is up,” the Danish model captioned the post, and comments took to the comments section to praise her “beautiful, stunning” and “gorgeous” body. “Simply stunning,” another person wrote as a third typed, “You always look fabulous.”
Since welcoming her youngest child, the actress revealed that she has kept active at her age through her daughter, despite naysayers questioning her decision to have another child late in life. While speaking about her four-year daughter, Nielsen said:
“We are mothers are strong… I just turned 59, and she gives me so much energy.”

During her 15-year relationship with Mattia Dessi, Nielsen and her husband underwent 11 years of IVF treatment— which she admitted was an “emotional roller coaster”— before welcoming their daughter.
The couple faced repeated heartbreak for over ten years when they received negative pregnancy results, and their doctor told them they had less than a three percent chance of falling pregnant.
However, Nielsen beat the odds, and two weeks after giving birth, she had already lost the baby weight. She worried that it would be an upward struggle at her age to snap back into shape; however, Nielsen revealed that it had been an easy process. “I feel so content,” she said.

Since welcoming five children and nearing 60, Nielsen has shown no signs of slowing down and shared that she could still do physically demanding scenes.
And while she was blessed with good genes, Brigitte Nielsen— who was once married to Sylvester Stallone— shared that maintaining good health was all about balance, which meant eating well and working well. “It’s like everything in life— keep things balanced,” she said.
